Pat is a Senior Partner with the Center for Ethical Leadership, a nonprofit organization in Seattle that supports leaders who catalyze change for the common good. She oversees the Center's national Gracious Space initiative, helping people to create Gracious Space in their settings across the county. She is the lead author of
Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together, published by the Center in 2004 and the lead author of Courageous Collaboration with Gracious Space: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation, published this past June.
