International Association of Administrative Professionals(IAAP) ® Proud Sponsors!
Dear Sponsors:
We have an opportunity for you to reach out to 20+ administrative assistants from our chapter who attends the monthly meetings. These administrative professionals are the chief influencers of purchasing decisions at many of the major companies in the Northwest. Educational programs, leadership training and monthly speakers are provided for the Seattle Chapter IAAP® members and guests. To keep our meeting and seminar registration fees low, we ask businesses that employ our members and those who sell to our members to help us raise the money needed to continue to bring quality speakers and educational events to the Seattle Chapter IAAP®, to donate an item(s) to our monthly raffle or subsidize our meeting space costs.
IAAP®, a 501c (6) professional association with 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide, works to promote excellence in the administrative field. The organization provides educational training, leadership development, certification and networking opportunities for administrative professionals. These include information specialist, office managers and coordinators, and administrative assistants.
Your contribution would be greatly appreciated, and we thank you for supporting the Seattle Chapter of IAAP®.

The Seattle Pro, a monthly publication, begins its new publishing year in September and continues through the June issue. It is distributed to approximately 100 individuals in the Seattle and surrounding areas. The advertising year begins with the September issue and ends with the June issue. Your company will also be listed on our sponsorship page below.

¼ Page Rate: $50 per month
½ Page Rate: $100 per month
Advertiser is to furnish copy ready insert material to the editor by the first Tuesday of each month.

General cash donation to the Seattle Chapter IAAP®
Your general cash donations will be used for a variety of things. Here are some of the things we may used your cash donations for:
- Website hosting costs for the Seattle Chapter IAAP® website
- Raffle Items
- Monthly Speakers
- Leardership Training
- Subsidize our meeting space and diner costs.
- Subsidize our costs for the Annual Administrative Professional Event in April
